Frank Quinn held senior HR and Organisation Development positions with Intel, KPMG and Digital Equipment co-founding Change Associates in 2003 with Kathryn. He is a certified facilitator for the "Transition Management" program from William Bridges and Associates (USA), which is the leading programme in the world in this field

Frank holds a Bachelor and a Masters degree in Business Studies and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He has contributed to public and in-house workshops hosted by organisations such as Management Centre Europe (Brussels), the Irish Management Institute and CIPD London. Frank also gained a first class honours Certificate in Psychology from National University of Ireland.
