Kathryn Heslin is a founding Director of Change Associates. Since then she has worked across all sectors with Change Associates clients. She has held senior Organisation Development and training positions within Intel and with one of the well-known consulting houses.   Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and a Masters Degree in Organisation Behaviour and Organisation Development.

She also completed the University of Columbia Programme in Advanced Organisation Development. She holds a first class honour Certificate in Psychology from National University of Ireland. She is a certified Myers Briggs facilitator and 1 on 1 coach. She has spoken at a number of conferences in Europe.
